Trailer Test and Towing Training Courses across Northamptonshire.
Did you know that if you passed your car driving test after 1997 you will need to take an additional driving test before you can legally tow a caravan, horsebox or large trailer if the combination weight is more than 3500kgs.
The car and trailer test (also called the B+E test) is testing you to the same standard as an HGV test, so the standard of driving required is fairly high. During your training you will be shown the trailer test routes around Northampton and Daventry so there will be no surprises during your B+E test. You will also be asked to reverse the trailer into a bay and demonstrate safe hitching and unhitching procedures. During your towing training you will be well practiced with all these exercises so you can perform them with confidence on the day.
Our expert team of towing instructors have a wide range of experience from a variety of backgrounds. We’ve ex truck drivers, former caravan club trainers and instructors who tow boats for leisure, not just work. All trained to a high standard to provide the best towing training Northampton has to offer.
We have helped over 500 people pass their towing test, check out our 100% genuine 5 star reviews. The majority of people that train with us pass their B+E test at the first attempt. Think twice before booking a training course over 3 or 4 days elsewhere, it is just not necessary. You can pass your test with a much shorter course, our reviews prove it.
